WELLNESS DARIEN SA de CV, (en lo sucesivo “WELLNESS DARIEN”), con domicilio físico en Local Comercial “Feet Care”, Planta Baja en Av. Petempich con Av. 125 Colonia Nueva Creación; CP 77714, Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, México, es responsable del uso y protección de sus datos personales y al respecto le informa lo siguiente:

Nuestra responsabilidad es salvaguardar los datos personales, protegiendo la privacidad y confidencialidad de todos nuestros clientes, proveedores y colaboradores. Este aviso informa a los titulares sobre la información que WELLNESS DARIEN recolecta, utiliza y comparte, para que puedan ejercer sus derechos en cumplimiento con la Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (LFPDPPP) y demás normativa aplicable en los Estados Unidos Mexicanos.

  1. DATOS PERSONALES QUE SE RECOLECTAN

WELLNESS DARIEN recabará los siguientes datos:

  • Identificación: Nombre, estado civil, firma autógrafa, RFC, lugar y fecha de nacimiento, nacionalidad y edad.
  • Contacto: Domicilio, correo electrónico, teléfono fijo o móvil.
  • Laborales: Empresa donde labora, puesto, domicilio de trabajo, salario, referencias y Curriculum Vitae.
  • Académicos: Trayectoria educativa, títulos, cédula profesional y certificados.
  • Patrimoniales/Financieros: Datos fiscales, domicilio fiscal, número de cuenta bancaria y/o CLABE interbancaria.

Datos Sensibles: WELLNESS DARIEN no recolecta habitualmente datos sensibles. Sin embargo, debido a la naturaleza de los servicios de Spa, en caso de requerir información sobre su estado de salud presente o futuro (alergias o condiciones físicas), se solicitará su consentimiento expreso y por escrito mediante la firma del presente documento.

  1. FINALIDADES DEL TRATAMIENTO

Finalidades Primarias (Necesarias para el servicio):

  • Iniciar o mantener la relación comercial o laboral.
  • Verificar y confirmar su identidad.
  • Gestionar los servicios de Spa y bienestar contratados.
  • Cumplir con obligaciones legales y fiscales.

 

Finalidades Secundarias (Opcionales):

  • Envío de promociones, boletines informativos y publicidad.
  • Encuestas de calidad y fines estadísticos.
  • Si usted no desea que sus datos sean usados para estas finalidades secundarias, puede manifestarlo enviando un correo a hola@wellnessdarien.com.

 

  1. TRANSFERENCIA DE DATOS

WELLNESS DARIEN podrá transferir sus datos personales a empresas filiales, subsidiarias o terceros proveedores de servicios con los que se mantenga una relación jurídica para el cumplimiento de las actividades operativas. Nos aseguramos contractualmente de que estos terceros mantengan las mismas medidas de seguridad que nosotros. En caso de no manifestar oposición, se entiende que usted consiente dichas transferencias.

  1. DERECHOS ARCO (Acceso, Rectificación, Cancelación y Oposición)

Usted tiene derecho a conocer qué datos tenemos, para qué los utilizamos y las condiciones de su uso (Acceso); solicitar la corrección de su información (Rectificación); que la eliminemos de nuestros registros (Cancelación); o bien, oponerse al uso de sus datos para fines específicos (Oposición).

Para ejercer estos derechos, deberá enviar una solicitud al correo hola@wellnessdarien.com o presentarse en nuestro domicilio con:

  1. Nombre del titular y domicilio o medio electrónico valido para comunicarle la respuesta.
  2. Documentos que acrediten su identidad (INE o Pasaporte Vigentes).
  3. Descripción clara de los datos personales respecto de los que busca ejercer sus derechos.

Plazos: WELLNESS DARIEN responderá en un máximo de 20 días hábiles contados desde la recepción de la solicitud. Si resulta procedente, se hará efectiva dentro de los 15 días hábiles siguientes a la respuesta.

Petempich with Av. 125, Colonia Nueva Creación; CP 77714, Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data and hereby informs you of the following:

Our responsibility is to safeguard personal data, protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all our clients, providers, and collaborators. This notice informs data subjects about the information that WELLNESS DARIEN collects, uses, and shares, so they may exercise their rights in compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and other applicable regulations in the United Mexican States.

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

WELLNESS DARIEN will collect the following data:

  • Identification: Name, marital status, handwritten signature, RFC (Tax ID), place and date of birth, nationality, and age.
  • Contact: Address, email, landline, or mobile phone.
  • Employment: Company where you work, position, work address, salary, references, and Curriculum Vitae.
  • Academic: Educational background, degrees, professional license, and certificates.
  • Asset/Financial: Tax data, fiscal address, bank account number, and/or interbank CLABE.
  • Sensitive Data: WELLNESS DARIEN does not routinely collect sensitive data. However, due to the nature of Spa services, should information regarding your present or future health status (allergies or physical conditions) be required, your express written consent will be requested through the signing of this document.

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

Primary Purposes (Necessary for the service):

  • To initiate or maintain the commercial or employment relationship.
  • To verify and confirm your identity.
  • To manage the contracted Spa and wellness services.
  • To comply with legal and tax obligations.
  • Secondary Purposes (Optional):
  • Sending promotions, newsletters, and advertising.
  • Quality surveys and statistical purposes.

If you do not wish your data to be used for these secondary purposes, you may state so by sending an email to hola@wellnessdarien.com.

 

DATA TRANSFER

WELLNESS DARIEN may transfer your personal data to affiliate companies, subsidiaries, or third-party service providers with whom a legal relationship is maintained to fulfill operational activities. We ensure contractually that these third parties maintain the same security measures as we do. If no opposition is expressed, it is understood that you consent to such transfers.

 

ARCO RIGHTS (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition)

You have the right to know what data we have, what we use it for, and the conditions of its use (Access); to request the correction of your information (Rectification); to have it removed from our records (Cancellation); or to oppose the use of your data for specific purposes (Opposition).

  • Name of the data subject and address or a valid electronic means to communicate the response.
  • Documents proving your identity (Valid ID or Passport).

Deadlines: WELLNESS DARIEN will respond within a maximum of 20 business days from the receipt of the request. If successful, it will become effective within 15 business days following the response.
